The electronic import permit system e-IPS simplifies procedures in the processing of applications for import shipments of PEZA-registered economic zone enterprises with tax and duty-free importation incentives. The e-IPS will enable a PEZA-registered enterprise to file electronic Import Permit Application and print system-generated electronic import permits for import shipment that is directly related to their registered activity and included in an approved list of items for tax and duty-free importation. The e-IPS will also allow electronic payment(e-payment) of import permit application fees.
